The functionality is basically the same as in our web based version but you can use it absolutely free untill you want to get inPreso server-side features such as instant mockups and web player publishing, server-side wireframe storage or online visual commenting.
It works as Adobe AIR application so you will need to install it fromhttp://get.adobe.com/air/
We found that wmode=transparent tag in HTML code prevent Flash from multilingual text input. Now it works just fine: Facebook.com home page portion (play with it in demo mode).
